For those individuals who need routine assistance and support we offer continuous care. Our trained professional staff will make scheduled visits to our clients' residences and aid in a variety of both medical and non-medical services. Care plans are developed with the needs and best interests of our clients in mind. Whether you need help due to a chronic illness or disability, LNS will provide the necessary services for those who cannot care for themselves for long periods of time. Our staff is comprised of Resident Care aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, as well as Registered Nurses to deliver the best care possible. We strive to enhance each client's quality of life and design our services to maintain and improve the health and comfort of our residents.
